Privacy Policy

The form asks for your name, email address, and message. Those three things are emailed to us so we can reply. They are not stored in a database by the website and are not used for marketing lists.

If you book us, we keep the details needed to write and honour a contract: your name, email address, phone number, and where relevant a billing or venue address, along with the contracts themselves.

If you sign a contract electronically through this site, the law requires the signature to be attributable to you. Alongside your typed name and drawn signature we record the date and time, your IP address, and your browser's user-agent string, and we store the signed PDF. That record is what makes the signature hold up, so it is kept for as long as the agreement may matter.

We count pageviews so we know which parts of the site people actually look at. For each visit we record the page address, the site that linked you here if any, and a one-way hash of your IP address and browser combined with a secret that changes every day.

We do not store your IP address, and because the hash changes daily it cannot be used to follow you from one day to the next or to identify you. This runs on our server rather than in your browser.

This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Our own statistics use no cookies, and the hosting analytics we use are cookieless. There is nothing to consent to and no banner to dismiss.

The one exception is the private admin area used by Farzam Productions staff, which uses a single sign-in cookie. Visitors to the public site never receive it.

We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. It reaches only the services that run this site on our behalf: Vercel for hosting and the database, Resend for sending email, and Vercel Blob for stored files such as signed contracts.

The site loads no third-party trackers, advertising scripts, or social media embeds.

We photograph and film our own events for our portfolio, and those images appear on this site. Our contracts include a media release covering this. If you appear in a photograph and would like it taken down, email us and we will remove it.

Email contact@farzamproductions.com and we will tell you what we hold about you and delete it on request.

One limit worth stating plainly: we keep signed contracts and their signing records for as long as they may be needed as a business or legal record, even if you ask us to delete other information.

This site is aimed at people booking event services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 through this website.

If our practices change, this page changes with them and the date at the top is updated.
